I can’t say enough about my experience with Elmo’s. Their work is high quality and their customer service is almost too good to believe. They made me feel at ease right away and their online system made it easy to understand where my car was in the repair process. When the wrong part was sent over a holiday weekend (which wasn’t their fault), they went out of their way to make it right. I didn’t even have to complain or say that it was inconvenient…they just took it upon themselves to minimize the inconvenience, apologize and make it right. I can’t remember the last time I had such good service and for anyone who finds themselves in the stressful situation of needing auto body repair, I would recommend Elmo’s without hesitation.
I brought my car here to get a dent taken out of the quarter panel after someone backed into it. They did an outstanding job and made the process as easy as possible. What really impressed me was the following day i noticed that in addition to cleaning the exterior they took the time to detail my interior. Could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for work done.
