The entire team at Lighthouse Insurance is AMAZING! Owning a small local company is stressful enough for us, throw the mix of new insurances and questions that I had on top of that and I was already overwhelmed. Jennifer and Noelle and their crew made our entire process of obtaining the new insurances we needed so STRESS FREE! Any question I had was answered right away and explained in a way I could understand (Insurance lingo is an entirely different language!) The team took care of everything for us so we could focus on our business and not worry and stress. They go above and beyond any customer service I have ever seen! I wanted to let you know how great Ann Marie was on the recent policy change I made. I was picking up a new car on Saturday and although she sent the new cards over to the dealer, she saw a potential for a mix-up and rather than take a chance, she sent me a second set. (When we got to the dealership, there was some confusion as to who had the new insurance cards). I know it is a small detail on your end but it’s the little things that matter. Everything was handled very promptly and really could not have gone smoother.
